A Bit About Me

When I was eleven years old, I created Grace Elsner Babysitting, which soared to new heights in high school, all-in-all amassing fifty families. Through this opportunity, I was exposed to sales, customer service, responsibility, and management as I hired more people to help me keep up with the growing appointments. Today, you might be surprised that I still babysit every once in a while, but I have also gotten to experience four internships (soon to be five) during my time at Creighton University. I have also become a very involved student on campus, studying finance and marketing and taking on the role as president of the co-ed business fraternity on campus, Alpha Kappa Psi.

I see many different opportunities and industries to look into after college, and that is because my dream job is not just a role with a title, it is with a company that has a collaborative and communicative culture, allows me to first-hand help others, and has growth opportunities within the company.

Work Experience

August 2023 - December 2023

June 2023 - August 2023

August 2020 - December 2023

June 2011 - December 2021

Celebrating my last semester at college, and fulfilling my last twelve credits, I have completed my finance major with a 3.89 major GPA. I continue to be a nanny, tour guide, and President of Alpha Kappa Psi.

Stepping out of my comfort zone, I temporarily moved to Atlanta, Georgia for the summer to work with Protiviti Global Consulting as an Internal Audit and Financial Advisory Intern.

My time at Creighton begins and I become fully immersed in all of the course offerings, organizations on campus, and my own internships with different entities in Omaha, St. Louis, & Atlanta.

Grace Elsner Babysitting grows larger than I had ever thought possible, to which large credit is due to my monthly events, called "Dine and Drops" in which I and other hired staff worked together to take care of several families at a time while creating a one-of-a-kind experience.
